Menu Plan Monday {4/16}


Because of some dietary restrictions in our family, our dinners are mostly dairy free. Here's what we'll be having this week:


Monday - Coconut Beef with Rice Noodles {Slow Cooker Recipe coming soon}

Tuesday - Coriander-Crusted Salmon

Wednesday - Roast Chicken with Vegatables

Thursday - Chicken Fried Rice

Friday - Homemade Pizza (no cheese)

Saturday - Leftover Buffet
