Nutty Blender Waffles (GFCF)
This is not your typical waffle recipe. For starters, it's both gluten free and casein free. It's also a little heavier than most waffle recipes.
We like to simply sift powdered sugar over them in lieu of any syrup. Yummy!
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
2 1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Just put it all in the blender and blend for about a minute. That's it! This recipe makes three Belgium waffles in my waffle maker.
You can also make the waffles ahead to freeze. Just pop them in the toaster to reheat.
