Making sandwiches at home is standard lunchtime fare. But those sandwiches taste like they came from a deli when you make your own sub sandwich oil.
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
a pinch dried oregano

Wisk all the ingredients together. Toss lettuce, tomatoes and onions in the oil, or sprinkle it directly on the bun. Yum!
