Refreshing Cucumber Lemon Water

So simple and so refreshing. Add natural flavors to your water for a delicious change of taste.

I sliced half an organic cucumber and half of a lemon and added it to a gallon of water.  I have read that it is important to use a glass pitcher for this (not sure why).

Refrigerate for at least one hour. The longer you let it sit, the stronger the flavor. I made this last night and had refreshing cucumber lemon water this morning.

I was surprised that the cucumber flavors the water more than the lemon. You may want to use the whole lemon if you prefer the flavors to be more balanced.

This tasty and refreshing water will make it a pleasure to stay hydrated!
