In a pitcher, combine a thinly-sliced lemon, a thinly-sliced cucumber, and 6-10 mint leaves. Add a gallon of spring water and refrigerate for two hours.
If you won't drink the entire gallon in a 24 hour period, you may want to make half of the recipe.
